Shipping policy

Imports, Duties and taxes:

All orders are shipped from Italy, European customers wil not have to pay any import duties or taxes during delivery. Extra-EU customer are responsible of all import and duties.

Fulfilment times:

Orders are fulfilled within 48 hours when all items are ready to be shipped. Therefore, fulfilment time counts from when last item is ready.

• IN-STOCK Items are instantly ready to be shipped
• Custom cables are made on order within 48 hours
• Custom DIY Keyboards as "pre-soldered" are made on order within 48 hours
• Preorders and Group Buy items are shipped from ETA listed on each product page respectively.

Shipping Services:

• Domestic: SDA (BRT can be requested in the order notes if needed), [24 Hours, 48 for Sardegna, Sicily or any other remote area]
• International: UPS Standard [2 Days for EU, 4/5 days for rest of the world]

Shipping information: 

When your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email with a tracking number to follow your parcel. UPS Standard will show both label created and pick-up, meanwhile SDA will not give a proper tracking service until the courier will pick up the parcel.
