Refund policy

Warranty
All products sold by KHOR are covered by the European standard two year warranty. If your order is incomplete or not fully working I will provide my best support by sending a replacement or missing unit or troubleshooting with you remotely. If the issue cannot be resolved you will receive instructions on how to return the item and get a full refund once received. For any issue please contact support@khor.store

Damages Shipping and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Any claim must be submitted within 7 days from delivery to support@khor.store or by replying to your order confirmation email.

Shipping cost for warranty claims are paid for by Khor.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Custom items that are tailored for each customer cannot be returned. Such products are custom cables made on specific request by the customer or products that have been shipped with additional services such as serviced lubricated stabilizers and switches, serviced soldered PCBs. Custom DIY Keyboards sold as "pre-soldered" are not part of this category and are covered under 2 years warranty. In case you receive one or more of those category of items that do not fully work as intended, they will be covered under warranty and a troubleshoot/replacement will be offered to you.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on final-sale items or gift cards.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase such as the order invoice in your parcel or a print of your order summary from your personal profile.

Custom items like Custom cables tailored on customer request, lubricated Stabilizers or Switches, Soldered PCBs cannot be returned. Custom DIY Keyboards sold as "pre-soldered" are not part of this category and can be returned as EU 14 days period.

Before returning any item, please contact support@khor.store first to receive precise instructions.
Shipping cost for returns are paid for by the customer.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at support@khor.store.
